About the Artist

HI, I AM ERIN HARTLEP.

I am a mother of three beautiful girls, and a wife to a wonderful man.  I found my passion for photography in a high school photography class. I started with an ancient camera and black and white film. I fell in love with the whole process of seeing things that others didn't through my lens and in the dark room hand developing the film. I remained a hobbyist for many years until I purchased my first DSLR camera and spent a good couple years self-teaching and learning everything I could. In 2022 I finally made the leap and opened my photography business.

 

 I am passionate about art. My favorite way to create is through photography! I love capturing beautiful moments and getting creative with others.

I love all things fantasy and creating not only amazing images but crafting the fantastical props and wardrobes to go with it!  My goal is to turn you into your ideal fantasy character and then create magical images to showcase.

Another passion of mine is empowering women through my art. As we age or become mothers, we sometimes forget what beautiful creatures we are. Reminding women to take the time to really fall in love with themselves again brings such joy. Boudoir photography is the perfect way to bring women into their empowered era.

Lastly, I enjoy capturing sweet moments with families and documenting connections and relationships between people. I spent 6 years teaching and nannying children, so I really love capturing families in the moments that go so fast.  I truly love being a small part of seeing families grow. From the very beginning of creating life and all through the years and special milestones.
